    Who we are

DnyanAI is operated by Dnyanai Ventures (OPC) Private Limited, a company incorporated in India with its registered office in Ahilyanagar, Maharashtra. References to “we”, “us” and “our” in this policy refer to Dnyanai Ventures (OPC) Private Limited.

    Information we collect

We collect only what we need to do our work, in three ways:

    • Information you give us. When you fill out the contact form, submit a testimonial, or email us, you share personal information — typically your name, email, company, role, message and (optionally, for testimonials) a photograph.
    • Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our servers receive standard request data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, timestamps) for the purposes of security and operating the service.
    • Cookies. We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies — chiefly to keep administrators signed in to the internal review portal. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
  3. 03

    How we use this information

We use the information you provide to:

    • Reply to your message and continue the conversation.
    • Display testimonials — but only after you have explicitly consented at submission, and only after a member of our team has reviewed and published the submission.
    • Operate, secure and improve dnyanai.ai and the services we deliver.
    • Meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.

We do not use personal information to train AI models, and we do not sell personal information to anyone.

  4. 04

    How we share information

We share personal information only when one of the following applies:

    • Service providers. We work with a small number of trusted vendors who help us operate the site — for example, our database and authentication provider (Supabase), our email and hosting providers. These vendors process information on our behalf under appropriate agreements.
    • You have asked us to. For instance, when you submit a testimonial with consent and we publish it.
    • Legal requirements. When required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety or property.
  5. 05

    How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described above, or as required by law. In practice:

    • Contact form submissions are kept while the conversation is active and for a reasonable period after.
    • Published testimonials are kept while they remain published. You can ask us to remove yours at any time.
    • Server logs are retained for a short period (typically a few weeks) for diagnostic and security purposes.
  6. 06

    Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, update or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to withdraw any consent you have given. To exercise these rights, write to support@dnyanai.ai from the email address you used. We will respond within a reasonable period.

  7. 07

    Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we hold — including encrypted connections, restricted internal access, and authentication for administrative tools. No system is completely secure, but we work hard to minimise risk.

  8. 08

    International transfers

Some of our service providers may process information in jurisdictions outside India. Where this happens, we rely on contractual safeguards and applicable laws to protect your information to a standard comparable to that under Indian data protection law.

  9. 09

    Children

dnyanai.ai is intended for businesses and professional contacts. It is not directed at children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

  10. 10

    Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated through the site.
